ABOUT I AM BECOMING HER

For as long as I can remember, there has been a quiet thread of magic woven through my life.
My aunty still tells a story of me as a baby, lying in my cot and chatting away to the fairies as though they were right there beside me.
As a child, I searched for magic everywhere, fairies covered my bedroom walls, flowers tucked into my pockets, and an unshakeable knowing that there was more to this world than what we could see.
Although my childhood came with its own challenges, I was surrounded by women who gently nurtured that spark.
My grandmother gifted me my first rose quartz.
My aunty practised Reiki and art therapy.
My mother loved psychics, holistic markets, and little mystical shops tucked away in unexpected places.
Looking back, the seeds were always there.
Finding My Way Back To Myself
Like many women, I spent years searching for my worth in achievement, validation, and becoming who I thought I needed to be.
Working harder.
Doing more.
Trying to prove my worth.
Taking it all on by myself.
From the outside, I was building a successful life. I was achieving, progressing, and doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.
But underneath it all was a feeling I couldn’t ignore: There has to be more to life than this.
Looking back, the search for deeper understanding had always been part of me. Even as a teenager, I was drawn to conversations about emotions, relationships, and what shapes us as human beings. I spent most of my free time with the school counsellor and began exploring the connection between the inner world and the experiences we carry.
My curiosity about healing, human behaviour, and what helps us grow continued to follow me. But for many years, I was searching for answers outside of myself.
It wasn’t until lockdown, when life slowed enough for me to truly listen inward, that I began turning that curiosity towards my own journey.
When I suddenly had space away from the constant 'doing', I was faced with the questions I had spent years not hearing:
Who am I?
Why am I here?
I realised all I knew how to do was achieve.
I knew how to perform.
I knew how to be what others expected of me.
But I had become disconnected from myself, from my happiness, from my desire.
So I began "the work".
The journalling.
The shadow work.
The somatic reconnection.
The rituals.
The tears.
The unlearning and relearning.
I immersed myself in practices that helped me reconnect with myself, my body, my intuition, and my connection to the magic around me.
Through seasonal living, women’s circles, ceremonial cacao, yoga, sound healing, and self-inquiry, I began slowly peeling back layers of conditioning and old stories.
There was no single moment where everything changed.
Instead, there were thousands of small moments where I felt myself returning.
Returning to my voice.
Returning to my intuition.
Returning to a deeper connection with myself.
And somewhere in that returning, I found her again, the little girl who once lay in her cot talking to fairies, who never stopped believing there was more to see than what's in front of us. She had just been waiting for me to come back and listen.
This journey is ongoing, and it is what led me to create I Am Becoming Her.
Today, my work is about creating spaces where women can slow down, soften, reconnect, and explore what it means to become themselves.
My work weaves together:
Yoga
Sound Healing
Ceremonial Cacao
Women’s Circles
Seasonal Practices
Ritual
Embodied Reflection
One-to-One Support
While the modalities may differ, they are all connected by the same intentions:
Supporting deeper embodiment and creating space for becoming (or remembering).

A Final Note
If you have found your way here, perhaps there is a part of you that knows there is more.
More connection.
More presence.
More trust in yourself.
Maybe the woman you are becoming is not someone entirely new, but a version of yourself that feels more aligned, more honest, and more alive. Maybe she's the one who never stopped believing in fairies, she's just been waiting for you to listen too.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here.
May this be a space that supports you as you continue Becoming Her.
